It’s not very often that I post a review of lenders. In my 24-year career in RE, I think I only gave reviews for Jeremy Kurtz and Ian Essary. This is my third one and well deserved. I usually represent sellers, so I don’t really get much opportunity to choose which lenders to work with. Like others, I received an offer with Ben’s pre-qual letter attached to it. I can be totally honest, and say that without Ben’s doing and help, this deal would have never got into an escrow. I cannot disclose too much, but Ben was extremely instrumental in getting this one through. Throughout that whole process, he kept me (LA) in the loop without me reaching out and asking him which I often have to with other lenders. Keeping me posted with the process and updates without me reaching out, have saved me tremendous amount of time. This means a lot to me since I am always super busy. Ben’s professionalism was dead on. I have a very small pool lenders in my circle. So for me to post this, to me, it means that he really did a fabulous and tremendous job. You and Luz have been awesome. Keep it up, and thank you so much for everything.
