Ben Bhangu really is a "Guru" in the mortgage lending industry. There were many obstacles standing in the way of me getting a home loan. Which made me feel discouraged and overwhelmed. I felt like I shouldn't even try to buy a home. Ben took all those obstacles away from me instantly, making me feel like they were no big deal. Ben handled each issue like they no longer existed. As if he had seen those issues before and were not really an issue at all, like I thought they were. Ben didn't just turn me away because my loan was not going to be ideal and easy to do like most lenders would have done. If you want a home lender that is going to help you get a loan that is not only the right loan for you and deals with issues with the kind of professionalism often not found in the home lending industry, then in my opinion Ben is the ONLY home lender you should trust to obtain a home loan that is going to be so critically important to you for the next 30 years of your life.

They answered all of our questions with very thorough explanations and made sure we understood everything. When we finally had someone accept our offer, they locked us into an incredible interest rate and we were able to close on our home in only 1 month. My husband and I couldn’t recommend Ben and Luz enough. We are grateful to have had such a smooth and easy experience buying a home for our first time.

Mortgage brokers get paid when a deal closes and two of my deals did not go through. Even through my first efforts were frustrating Ben was patient and stuck with me with each complication.
